The “Insightsˮ have now been consolidated into CloudZero “Optimizeˮ tab. You will find all your manual/custom insights under Optimize → Insights tab.

How do I get full access to Optimize?

General Availability is scheduled for August 13, 2025. Please contact your FinOps Account Manager or Customer Success Manager.

Does CloudZero Optimize require an additional license?

How do I migrate from insights to optimize?

The migration is automatic. Custom/manual insights will remain available under the “Insightsˮ link inside the new Optimize tab.

How is this different from the old "Insights"?

Recommendations are refreshed daily, and re-evaluation is done on a schedule.

Can I exclude specific types of recommendations?

Soon, yes. A policy engine is in development to support disabling certain optimization types.

Which ticketing systems are supported?

Currently, Jira is fully integrated.
